Conduct data analysis and prepare financial reports to Group Financial Controller and CFO.
Assist in the verification of account analysis & reconciliation of statements.
Processing of Debit and Credit Notes.
Handling reconciliations and financial data on a daily basis.
Collating daily collectors reports for Group Financial Controller.
Liaising with other accountants with regards to queries related to financial statements.
Communicate and coordinate targets between collectors and Group Financial Controller.
Develop recommendations for areas of improvement, documenting findings, and follow up on recommendations to ensure suggestions are implemented.
Responsible for maintaining and updating SAP financial system.
Maintain filing and invoice monitoring systems.
In this role I was working as a Customer Service Advisor. I was responsible of management and maintaing of customers accounts, dealing with customer complaints and quires. I also was involved in marketing projects to improve sales and enhance the organisation aims and objectives. I was providing management assistant to the sales manager in training of new staff, conducting quality assessment of team members work.
I was dealing with a high volume of customer calls, completing their quires which related to various financial services. This involves cross selling of the bank products and services, educating customer of alternative facilities to the bank.
Achieved a BA (Hones) in Business management with a second class degree.
