• Monitors and improves Process Operation by supporting daily execution of Standard Works - Inspection, Start-ups and Shutdowns, and Changeovers
• Oversee production and process key matrics for operating plant machinery with in parameters.
• Provide engineering/technical support to day-to-day plant operations and maintenance
• Assists in the development of technical and operating standards - Standard Operating Procedures, and Troubleshooting.
• Assist in the collection of data identifying opportunities and tracking improvements
• Experience applying formal Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving methodologies
• Utilizes the concepts of continuous improvement and cost reduction in the execution of the job function
• Follows and observes all regulatory requirements applicable to the area of responsibility.

: Early Production Facility (EPF-50) located at North Kuwait, for processing sour crude from 32 oil wells in Sabriyah, Bahra, Raudhatain and NW Raudhatain oil fields, including all related pipe and flow lines and associated works. This facility has a capacity of 50 MBOPD stabilized, dehydrated crude, 175 MMSCFD of sweetened gas & 136 TPD of molten sulfur.
● Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance of an Early Production Facility (EPF) for KOC for treating of sour crude and gas to remove the H2S and transfer the sweet products to KOC Gathering Centre.
● Light sour crude of API 44 to 46 from 24 Production wells from a deep Jurassic reservoir to produce to this facility. H2S up to 20, 000 ppm.
● Design, Engineering and construction of approximately 330 Kms of 6” flow line and 12 Kms Export Pipeline.
● 50, 000 bbl/day Sweet Crude Export, 175 mmscfd Sweet Dehydrated Gas Export & 135 TPD Sulfur Recovery Unit .Detailed engineering of the EPF and all associated facilities. Commissioning of EPF & related facilities. Operate the EPF to deliver the crude & gas to specifications required by KOC.
● Operate DCS control console to coordinate and regulate process variables and to direct flow
● rates of various process and utility streams according to prescribed schedules
● Read processing schedules, operating logs, test results of samples, and laboratory recommendations to determine changes in equipment controls required to produce specified quantity and quality of product.
● Set controls to adjust process variables, such as flows, temperatures and pressures. Shuts down and starts up process plant, equipment including compressors, pumps, vessels, columns etc according to operational requirements
● Responsible for recording, compiling, reporting and documenting operating data, and monitoring process indicators.
● Coordinate the start-up, shut-down (normal & emergency) and normal operations with lead operator and field operators.
● Perform basic calculations for determining process parameters and material balances.
● Responsible for preparation such as plant isolation etc., for day-to-day maintenance work.
● Work directly with the foreign experts in the transfer of technical advice during the initial period

●Provides technical support to operation personnel to ensure plant is running smoothly and products are as per specifications.
●Maintain operation control of process through related instrumentation according to the established operating procedures in full co-ordination with the field operator.
●Maintaining safe plant condition by following proper operating setings listed in the standard operating procedures in start-up, shut down or emergency.
