• Planning, budgeting and executing marketing strategies (Digital, Email, Ecommerce & Offline) to
achieve objective via omnichannel campaigns and evaluating KPI’s & ROI of each campaigns.
• Drafting successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

• Analyzing market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant
information to form marketing strategies to optimize maximum conversions.
• Responsible for regular reporting on website performance and customer experience metricsoptimizing site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales
growth.
• Handling company’s ecommerce businesses for website www.occasionscakesuae.com &
www.occasionscakescafe.com (WordPress & Shopify).
• Developing and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance and also
working with developers.
• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, ecommerce sales, conversion and also
tracking web performance as per the KPI.
• Strategically plan product collections, pages, content updates and featured shop based on inventory
needs and marketing priorities.
• Inventory planning, pricing, listing, stock management, order processing, shipments & sales reports.
• Deploying Loyalty Marketing strategy and work closely with team to ensure all the KPI’s are
achieved.
• Maintaining loyalty program calendar and drive execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to
