Consistently, passionately & skillfully led the STC agency team to plan, create & deliver on three business units across all projects, campaigns, product launches, promotions, loyalty program, sports marketing, CSR, Web & digital related, internal communication and brand innovation activities.
Brand & Categories (AV, HA, Mobile & IT). Recruited to implement local marketing strategies/calendars and budget allocation in accordance with the brand strategy of H/Q and regional H/Q.
I managed the brand communication & advertising campaigns, product launches, dealer promotions, channel development, PR activities, budget negotiation & management with local distributors.
I was also responsible for the RMS (retail marketing support), MCS (merchandising control system) and FST (floor salesman training), supporting the brand objectives in the local market
Serviced the following brands (ATL & BTL): Samsung Electronics, Mercedes-Benz, and the National Commercial Bank.
I also managed the development and execution of different retail & acitvation projects varied from showrooms, road shows, and launching events (Lipton, Dove, Close-Up, Mercedes-Benz, Samsung…etc).
Handling clients through advertising agencies, or through direct contact (briefing & debriefing). Developed conceptual designs, drawing presentations, and managing the execution of corporate architectural booths, showrooms, and retail systems where successful wins and executions exceeded 36 projects in total
