Distinctively spearheaded a team of Supervisor, Forman & technician for different Plant machinery maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting in shift.
Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and execution including start-up.
Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown.
Performing 3Montly, 6Montly and Yearly predictive maintenance has per work order from HIA
Preparing MOS, Risk assignment and tag in tag out procedure to perform PM activity.
Performing yearly testing of ACB, VCB, Transformer, numerical Relays with testing team.
Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis
Special care taking of VFD’s entire airport and performed yearly, 3 yearly and 6yearly PM activity.
Maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time
Develop comprehensive Preventive, Predictive & calendar maintenance schedule for plant & utility equipments.
2. Troubleshoots plant electrical problems to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such problems. Includes carrying out tests on equipment.
Capable of guiding/leading the electrical maintenance team and implementing the best maintenance strategy for the plant including High voltage 11 KV system.
Uptime chart for Critical Plant & Utility equipments month on month
Prepared Breakdown Analyze Report & initiate appropriate action plan.
Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis
Material procurement through ERP and maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time.
ISO documentation, Quality Circle formation for detecting problems and solving from shop floor employees
