As a Quality Assurance Manager at GAL I established the Department to comply with Civil regulations in UAE, ISO requirements and to meet customer requirements, I oversaw the training of Technical Inspectors and mentored them through their work, Established a technical publication office. I also run an Audit program, a continuous improvement program using TQM and Six Sigma guidelines. Conducted Statistical analysis for the companies operations and maintenance activities to stand on areas for improvements and recommend to management due course of actions. Used Excellence theory to start the journey towards excellent performance of the companies departments. Authored the companies Quality Management System (QMS) together with SOP’s to meet the ISO 9001-2008 and AS9100 requirements. And monitored applications of this manual.. Started the application of FAA/CAA and EASA regulations

• Responsible for the day-to-day activities of more than 400 professionals of different disciplines in the project including maintenance, Quality control & Assurance, Production Planning, Logistics, Safety, Workshops
• Driving changes in all projects to match company vision & mission and meet goals, objectives and KPIs
• Ensure that plans, schedules and procurement are executed per strategy to ensure optimal usage of resources
• Ensure adequate induction / continual training of employees
• Ensure semi-annual personal evaluation and performance appraisals for employees
• Establish and Sustain Employee involvement Program, Safety Awareness Program, Quality Control Circles, Employee Reward Program
• Contract negotiation and administration to ensure organizations benefits are realized.

Run a maintenance complex with 450 professionals to support fixed and rotary wing aircraft maintenance programs. Aircraft types like C130, Casa 295/235/212, Super Puma, AC635, Uh 1H, Black Hawk UH 60 . Lead several departments like SC department, training and quality Assurance and Control.
