• Working closely with the Head of Finance (HOF) in creating Management Information System reports of the TELR group and analyse them to assess the performance of the organisation and highlight the crucial KPIs of the company operations
• Assisting the HOF in creating processes that made the Telr IT system as a main data source which lead to blocking of revenue leakage and increase profitably of both Aggregator & Direct Business portfolio
• Create SOPs & developing methods with most efficient process work flow for new business streams around the online payment systems and minimise any risk associated with it

• Managing Telr Direct Model Business by liaising with the banks and resolving any issues related to the pricing or volume. Created a Volume & Pricing reconciliation report of 18 months pending invoicing leading to the recovery of above 200K in dues
• Analyse financial data for revenue leakages, over-spending and problem areas. Present the reports detailing these issues to the senior management and devise, suggest ways to reduce costs and further establish internal controls.
• Work with Sales & Operation heads in devising product portfolios to derive maximum profitability with competitive pricing structures
• Single handedly worked with the external Auditors and managed the group Audit involving finance of Telr UAE, KSA, Singapore & India operations and co-ordinate with the respective stakeholders in all the mentioned countries and arrange all the necessary data/documents to close the Audit.
• Supervise and manage the preparation of month end consolidated financial reports of the Telr Operations
• Oversee finance department employees, including junior accountants and bookkeeping executives and
supervise daily bookkeeping operations and review of records
• Coordinate with related departments for inter-company reconciliations and transactions
• Review and approve payments for vendors/suppliers as well as coordinate with customers for collections
• Audit all account cycle in QuickBooks: Entries that need to be passed on day to day basis
• Coordinate with tax agents for tax related obligations, including for Corporate Tax Reporting & Employee Tax
deductions (India), VAT Return Filing and other Compliance (UAE & KSA)

• Analysed the project work estimate and review the bills framed by the clients and match them with the tender documents to check the accuracy of payments & ensure the payments from the clients are processed accurately and booked under proper accounts to derive profitability of respective projects
• One on one meetings with Managing Directors, Owners and Partners of businesses, presenting financial summaries in simple understandable language
• Performed vendor statement reconciliation to match the material in use and on site with the supplier statements to clear monthly payments, forecast expenditures and spending of projects to organise cash flows to keep the mobilisation of the projects
