Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal management using key account metrics.
- Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department. Develop sales plan across all segments in order to
deliver financial results and business objectives i.e. the main objective to reduce cost and increase sales.
- Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations. To manage the sales team effectively through consumer and trade sales channels.
- Monitor the attainment of objectives.
- Follow up with the tasks assigned to each trade sales channel and assuring tasks are completed on time.
- Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses.
- Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives.
- Analyze the sales and net profit of each channel/account.
- Effective use of the SAP system to gather data for analysis.
- Manage monthly forecasts for revenue and to achieve the assigned monthly targets.
