• Process medical claims within the agreed company SLA, clear to zero, and judge each claim f following AWC policy benefits to achieve company loss ratio targets

Assisting quality assurance of Dubai and Abu Dhabi lab. Was also part of a big project which was getting the Abu Dhabi lab accredited.
