• Individual follow-up of students having behavioral problems, learning difficulties and poor social skills.
• Development of behavioral and individualized education plans with the multidisciplinary team, following-up and evaluation of this plan with students, parents and team.
• Group activities and workshops with awareness and rehabilitation objectives.
• Helping high school students taking the standardized tests (ACT/SAT, IELTS/TOEFL), recommended for college.
• Organizing career presentations for high school students.
• Helping students sending their applications to local and international universities also following-up on these applications.
• Being a member of the PBIS (positive behavior support intervention) committee.
• Being a member of the leadership student's committee.

Job Responsabilities:

- Individual and familial follow-up for students with psycho-social problems.
- Group activities with awareness objectives
- Development of an Educational Intervention Plan for students with special needs.
- preparation and direction of the student council and the parent teacher association meetings.
- Organization of the recreational and the educational activities as celebrations, trips...

• individual follow up for the Arabic prisoners held and judged and for the others judged only:
- Organize different meetings according to the need or under request.
- Collaborate with the psychologist in order to elaborate a diagnostic and a treatment.
•Familial follow up for the most of prisoners:
-Telephone contacts with parents or relatives.
-Home visits or meetings in the waiting room of prison.
•Group activities:
-discussions about social and medical subjects that have rehabilitation and awareness interests.
-Provide the daily economic needs of prisoners, in corporation with different social organizations.
-Prepare legal documents and corporate with several lawyers.
-Provide the chronic treatment for the prisoners in need.
-Organize different professional sessions (using computer, sewing…) by collaborating with other associations or presenting projects to funded organizations in order to ensure the substantive needs and the task force.
