• Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
• Documenting or explaining complex business operations to software developers.
• Presenting proposals and contrasts for successful business relations
• Complete all appropriate documentation required by the deployment team, and Application Management that will maintain the application.
• Responsible for creating the appropriate reengineering documents and steps for some of the implemented applications.
