• Provide input and information into annual appraisals of provider management staff to assist in the setting of personal objectives and development plans for their staff.
• Manage, motivate and inspire service leads and teams, investing time in their development.
• Conduct annual appraisal for direct reports, setting personal objectives and development plans and providing constructive feedback to assist with development.
• Establishes a continuous performance and quality improvement effort and monitoring and reporting system. Regularly reports the status of performance and quality improvement efforts and impacts.
• Builds, directs, manages, and ensures implementation and effectiveness of the Organization’s Performance Management and Improvement System.
• Implements a performance management and improvement process that leads to a positive and measurable impact on the whole organization performance.
• Coordinates with organizations’ departments discussing department’s performance and quality initiatives to ensure alignment and optimal use of resources.
• Create, review and update employees’ job description.
• Unify and communicate the organization target along with the Organization development for ECCO’s employees.
• Conduct surveys, TNA and Organizational Culture Change.
• Manage team and assigning tasks and responsibilities
• Follow up and suggest new training methodologies.
• Follow up on the quality of the training providers and ensure the efficiency of the HD Budget and implement the ETP process.
• Follow up on the motivation and loyalty programs
