• Developing plans and directly recruiting for all senior-level talent as well as oversee all other hiring needs for the assigned territory
• Building a strong employment brand that effectively communicates the organization’s story and increases application flow
• Designing key performance indicators and dashboards to track progress and influence the future direction
• Working with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
• Identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
• Identifying future talent needs through effective manpower planning strategies and proactively recruit, headhunt, source and develop appropriate talent pools
• Managing the full recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, and interviews
• Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data
• Using LinkedIn, job boards, and other technical means to source candidates for open vacancies
• Participating in employment events, such as career fairs or open days
• Developing strong relationships and partnerships with the Business Unit Leaders to stay current and anticipate hiring trends and implement talent attraction strategies
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and screening a high volume of CV’s
