• A total of 20 years of working experience in health care industry with minimum 6 + years of experience in healthcare information system (HIS) of the hospital
• have practiced as a Pharmacist in India & abroad as well as contributed to the design/ development/implementation/improvement of Pharmacy IT application.
• Have lead or involved in hospital information system (HIS) implementation for 6yrs
• Sound knowledge about the overall healthcare domain
• Knowledge of one or more processes patient management & Pharmacy within a hospital.
• Healthcare standards knowledge.
• Have experience in core HIS functionalities such as, Pharmacy Outpatient management, inpatient management. IV Room (Sterile Preparation). Oncology (chemotherapy Preparations), Non sterile Manufacturing
• Work closely with the corresponding patients & staffs to guide the team members through the requirement analysis phase
• Providing status updates and conducting any functional design lectures & workshops,
• In time delivery, of drugs adherence to quality norms, getting acceptance for solution design and other deliverables
• Responsible for and ensures on-time completion of preparations & ManufacturingHands on exposure to all process analysis, requirement documentation, functional specification generation, and implementation, customization & enhancements, and user acceptance of enterprise & Pharmacy system.
• Have excellent communication skill to counsel and convince patients Nurses doctors other teams about the Drug usage and other solutions
• Have excellent computer knowledge
Working in out Patient Inpatient IV Section Manufacturing area And in Oncology Pharmacy.
