Working closely with LINK development presales team for defining the infrastructure required to host the developed solutions that are mainly based on Microsoft Technology
Defining the physical design for developed solutions in terms of servers’ configurations, Software Licenses, and solution architecture
Designing different availability, scalability and security options in the solutions according to client requirements and budget for the projects
Preparing proposals with technical write-ups describing the solutions as well as costing and pricing the solution in case of hosting it at LINKdotNET data center
Preparing proposals in the fields of dedicated hosting, co-location hosting, professional services and operations.
Conducting Meetings with customers to gather the requirements to be able to design the appropriate solution
Technically Supervising junior presales engineers
Presenting to customers the newly added LINKdotNET products and services
Working as a presales Engineer for Leased line solutions, providing technical consultation for the clients.

Developing new Product lines and enhancing the existing Data center products based on stage gate process
Developing Value Added services (VAS) over ADSL
Defining Product road maps for the Data center products and ADSL new VAS
Defining cost items and pricing the Data center products and ADSL new VAS
Defining appropriate workflows needed for operating the products
Defining the marketing activities for launching the Products and defining the target market for the product and the marketing message.
