Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Receive and direct visitors and clients
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
Retrieve documents from filing system
Monitoring and screening interviews
(Phone and face to face interviews)
Handle requests for information and data
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including
Correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
Sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Handle British Customers inquires and complaints.
- Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- Act as a front-line interface with customers of Vodafone UK Customers.
- Own and manage the client relationship: resolving calls efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure service level agreements
- Work as part of a team to ensure offering world-class Customer Service at all times.
- Create and promote an environment that fosters both individual and team advancement

Handling various duties including :
- Listen and respond to customers’ needs and inquiries
- Provide information about products, services and rate plans
- Take orders, determine charges and oversee billing and payments
- Handle technical problems, internet problems
- Raise any Complain to the complaint team department
- Record actions taken on the account
- Follow up with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handling various duties including
- Receive direct & relay telephone messages & fax messages
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- update records, files, reservations
- Conducting company orientation with new hires
- Receive and distribute mails
- Maintain adequate supplies of office stationary
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards
- Organizing appointments and carrying out administrative and general office duties.
- Carry out all activities of the department as per established resort rules and policies
- Attend meetings to record official action and significant parts of discussion and
prepare draft of minutes for review by the General Manager before distributing to
the concerned parties
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Manage all inward and outward correspondence of the General Manager’s Office in
order to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of the same.
- Set-up and maintain General Manager’s Office correspondence files and personnel
files of Staff and ensure safe custody and confidentiality
- Report defective materials and equipment.
- Promoting and selling company products to customers
- update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Input order details into the computer system
- Confirm orders placed with field sales representatives
- Conduct customer and marketing surveys
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to
advertisements
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
