To provide efficient, effective, organizational and secretarial support to the Manager General office duties (including but not limited to attending phone calls, drafting memos and Letters, Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post) Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them. Prepare documents, reports and presentations. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
1Sets up processes, spread sheets and filing as necessary to record information and assist with Company operations
Organizing, storing paperwork, documents controller, and Researches, collates and analyses information effectively within given timescales.
Delegating the processed information to the appropriate departments in the organization in a timely fashion.
Booking calendars for the reporting manages, and scheduling his/her appointments, and meeting
Handling highly confidential documents, responsible for cataloguing and distributing information, and documenting all correspondence (as hard copies and electronic filling system)
Organize; maintain files and office libraries books, paper, and digital media.
