Hospitality missions:
-Recruit and manage a team of Emirati ladies for each of the 6 receptions of the company’s, as well as 20 hospitality and office assistants.
-Meet with each team on weekly basis in order to raise any issue, difficulty faced and find constructive solution together
-Train the team on proper etiquette, dress code, language skills and protocol
-Ensure the attendance and punctuality are respected
-Liaise with the manpower company (for the hospitality and office assistants) on regular basis to discuss attendance, accommodation, transportation, salaries, holidays, discipline matters
-Manage the allocation of 13 meeting rooms according to each request
-Co-ordinate and organize appropriate catering, manpower and equipment for internal and external meeting
-Participate in the 1 million dirhams project for the meeting rooms upgrade
Retail missions:
-Identify retail partner that would bring an added value to the community
-Meet with potential concept and present them Twofour54, the community of partners, and the Media Free Zone ecosystem
-Negotiate the lease contract
-Assist the move of the partner and remain the main point of contact during their life on campus.
