1.Define, Implement and Maintain Business Processes and Procedures to meet Business Objectives.

A. Apply Lean principles to our warehouse, using 5S, visual management and optimizing the layout, so the actual processing time of picking reduced, storing time reduced, and picking mistakes decreased, which result to cost reduction in warehouse processes.

B. Create new sales tracking system, by drawing the as is flow chart for sales department processes, and the future lean one, and implement an automated tracking system with IT collaboration, so we can track our customers' files to make sure they are satisfied, analyze satisfaction rate and rise it, and study the root cause of customers' complaints and solve it.

C. Develop new customer relationship process, and write the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for this process.

D. Train employees on new CRM process, and follow up with them from time to time to make sure this process is sustained.

E. Using improvement and lean tools, (as 5S, SIPOC, and Process Mapping), to improve installation process and scheduling, so we can rise customer satisfaction regarding this process.

F. Using time and motion study, predetermined motion time system (PMTS), to set the standard time of installation processes, minimize the costs of these processes and utilize the maximum capability of installation staff.

G. Create new production tracking system, using excel programming to give production priorities depending on customer demand and factory capacity, to deliver our customers' products on time.

2.Working on Technical Projects,

A. Build furniture library using IMOS (CAD-CAM software), define raw materials specifications, and connection principles, to get the blown up diagram and generate manufacturing reports.

B. Write XML coding, to make the interface of IMOS CAD library easy use to designers.

C. Maintain and Improve Bill of Material (BOM) Generation.
