As Projects Coordinator at Habaq for Human Rights Training and Development I am managing the field work of,
The project “Together We Can” Together We Can” project funded by the Australian Embassy within the framework of the Direct Aid Program (DAP) to build the capacities of CBO’s and rehabilitation centers, working with people with disabilities to enhance the quality of services provided by them and to shift their working mechanisms from charity and pastoral perspective into human rights perspective
field coordinator in the Access to Entrepreneurship
Development and Training-WAEDAT. For two projects, the first project " Economic
Empowerment of SOS children’s Village funded by the US Department of State & the
Officer of the Middle East Partnership Initiative MEPI. Second is of Women Entrepreneurs Empowerment project for the Growth and Expansion of their businesses funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
My responsibility was to organize, plant and follow up on project tasks, provide progress reports, plan distribution and organize relocation to ensure that all processes are executed correctly. While working there, I also surveyed the economic impact of COVID-19 on Wa'edat members and small business owners.(Data collection and verification, through the SPSS statistical program, and the organization of workshops and training courses in all Jordanian governorates
