- Responsible for all marketing activities, marketing materials, implementing brand image & maintaining corporate identity; accordingly work with internal and external parties to organize the various components and gather all the information needed to initiate, run and conclude marketing projects. Responsibilities include all the logistical processing of company’s requests such as coordinating with advertising agencies, printing houses, in addition to other suppliers & vendors based on the type of each project.
-Responsible for CSR projects and conducting research, coming up with ideas, creating detailed plans and concept papers, building relationships with partner organizations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment. Responsibilities include raising awareness of the company’s commitment to CSR and generating publicity around organization’s altruistic endeavors.
-Events planning and coordinating from A to Z, duties include scheduling of the event and activities, writing press-releases, and tracking progress and results.
- Meeting clients to know their requirements & needs; accordingly work with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude projects and events.
- Event Management duties includes, preparing schedules, coming up with social activities, writing press-releases, placing orders for supplies and services. During the event: responsible to oversee set-up, and to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Totally responsible for the foreign correspondences and coordinating with exhibitors, e.g. provide all proper information about the event and handling any inquiries, in addition to handling their exhibition space reservations. Exhibitors handling also included also include logistical processing of their travel arrangements/accommodation, applying for visa etc.. Logistical processing of customer orders includes coordination with vendors, sales staff, customer service representatives, and billing representatives.
- Acting as office Manager, had to follow up on the junior staff, to make sure their tasks get done on time.
- Responsible for providing an educational atmosphere where students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth.
-Responsible for organizing and implementing an instructional program that will result in students achieving academic success.
