- Handle Assisted/Verified services as per the task list
- Follow up with clients and confirm their satisfaction on the shortlisted CVs.
- Ensure user understands benefits of using website tools and basic functions.
- Leverage this relationship ultimately to promote Bayt.com products and services and motivate repeat client usage.
- Motivate clients to recommend Bayt.com through positive word of mouth
- To obtain Testimonials from clients on the benefits of Bayt.com services.
- To add all communications done with the customers on the CRM.
- Promote positive client experiences on Bayt.com.
- To continuously conduct market research on customers' needs and share it with department heads in order to improve Bayt.com offerings.
- Report to designated consultants on clients' status and to the Area or Country manager on sales and operational matters.
- Carry out other sales and operational activities as requested by the management.
Receive departments and clients daily requests and act accordingly.
Receive Expats timesheets and follow up delivering Expats wages.
Handle travel booking, ground transportation and hotel reservations for Expats and other departments using computer or telephone.
Handle medical insurance for Expats.
Handle proper and secured filling system for the unit’s documentation.
Receive travel agencies & hotels invoices & expenses receipts and fill in its logs.
