Handbook, Code of Ethics and Safety program)
- Head hunting for all levels.
- Performing 360 degree Appraisal. 10)
- Responsible for Payroll (In and Out check, Overtime
Analysis, Absence)
-Rating employees’ competency model, filling salary
survey and salary scale.
- Phone interviewing potential candidates.
- Interviewing candidates and scoring result.
- Sending interview feedback by mail
-Re-arranging employees (personnel files) according to legal
requirements.
- Contacting outsourcing recruitment agencies such as
(Wuzzuf, Forasna and ElWaseet).
- Job posting on social websites.
- Screening and Selecting CVs.
- Scheduling and contacting trainees for attending training.
- Recording trainees’ attendance in Employees database.
