* Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
* Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.

Responsible for assisting Project Managers and/or Superintendents in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met.
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies; monitoring administrative projects; maintaining suggestion program.
* Planning, preparing and delivering lessons.
* Preparing teaching materials.
* Helping pupils improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills via individual and group sessions.
* Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority.
* Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
* Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.
* Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.

*Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setting project schedules.
*Understanding clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
