• HR Generalist
 To provide administrative support to Human Resource functions.
 Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
 Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
 Responsible for revising and updating the HR policies and procedures.
 To ensure that recruitment process is done in effective, efficient and in compliance with the ISO procedures and standards.
 Ensure achievement of the recruitment targets as per the approved manpower budget.
 Accountable for recruitment KPIs and timely submission of HR/Recruitment reports requested by management.
 Manage budgeted & unbudgeted positions throughout the year and align with Compensation & Benefits on forecast reporting.
 Perform background verification, coordinate for on boarding process and conduct employee orientation/inductions in a way that new employees are quickly integrated and informed about the organizational structure, culture, standards, policies and procedures.
 Responsible for preparing and updating Job description as per Hay’s Principle with the agreed job specification.
 Design and conduct employment offers/ Contracts for the new joiners or Employee Transfers in compliance with the organization’s standard contract and grading structure.
 Update relevant payroll entries or additional payments of employees in HRIS system by tracking or as per the employment offer, promotions, Transfers etc.
 Prepare salary increase letters, bonus letters, promotion letters etc. and other relevant reports needed and communicate to the employees.
 To check that the contract has been signed off in compliance with the “Signature and Competence Policy” prior getting countersigned from the new hires as per ICOFR (Internal Control & Financial Reporting).
 Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of the job vacancies.
 Tracking probation period and updating the salary revision if any in HRIS system (SAP or Oracle).
 Responsible for conducting class room and face to face induction/orientation program to the new hires.
 To ensure that New Employee On boarding forms and HR joining checklist are filled out prior employee joins.
 Performance Appraisal Cycle
 Update yearly salary revision and bonus payouts of employees
 Ensure the reports are in compliance with ICOFR wherever deemed necessary
 Coordinating with the visa process (DAFZ & DSOA) & responsible for maintaining a database.
