Foreign Purchasing
1. Responsible for issuing PO and dealing with suppliers from 13 different countries located in four continents
2. Responsible for tracking the shipment, revising all shipping documents as well as other Docs such as ( commercial invoice, certificate of origin, ...), tracking the arrival of original docs.
3. Issuing ACID no. on Nafeza system and revising all the uploaded docs as well as electronic invoice
4. Responsible for arranging and making all the money payment terms such as LC, CAD, In advance, etc
5. Responsible for coordinating with the accounting team regarding the payment methods and ensuring the payment before the deadline.
Local purchasing
1. Responsible for making the monthly purchasing plan and issuing all the required POs.
2. Arranging with the warehouse and transportation regarding the arrival of goods and storing it.
3. Contacting local suppliers and negotiating with them regarding the prices, quality, arrival of goods
