- Working with MAGRABi top management and NAU brand owners in Italy to penetrate KSA, UAE & Egypt markets. My role is to create the marketing plan to be part of the Go to Market Strategy: including all marketing related activities, planning and execution. Also looking closely at stores locations, products’ cluster segmentation, pricing and country
profile.
- Responsible for the brand building and communication in MENA region, including creating and executing the yearly marketing calendar and budget, agencies management, all stores branding & communication, campaigns’ planning & execution, media planning & buying, promotions mechanism, digital & on-ground activations, analyzing & reporting sales performance and customers’ behaviors analytics including traffic, capture and conversion rate. Working with
research agency to assess the brand awareness level and positioning in our markets as well as the customer experience in stores by being close to the staff on floor and mystery shopper reports.

Marketing Lead North Africa & Levant at MAGRABi Retail

- Worked directly with the General Manager to achieve the region’s objectives. Planned and executed the yearly marketing calendar and budget for Egypt and Lebanon. My role was managing all marketing activities including campaigns management, creative/media/printing agencies management, and media planning and buying, printing and installation. Took the lead in all creative and promotional campaigns. Rolled-out MAGRABi new branding and communication on 32 MAGRABi stores and 2 eye care centers in Egypt and 4 stores in Lebanon. Crafted new visual merchandising, partnered up with business partners such as Ray-Ban and BVLGARI and different malls management.
Opened 1 new MAGRABi store and 1 Eye Care Center. Worked with research agencies to keep tracking the customer experience in our stores through mystery shopper report and market share by conducting brand health tracker reports.
- In addition to my involvement in working a new brand franchise in Egypt. Worked with NAU Italian Eyewear brand owners and team in Italy to open 4 stores in Egypt and managed all related marketing activities.
