Liaises with functional/operational area managers to fulfill workforce plans that are
appropriate for their business needs, within the organization’s overall recruitment
strategy and guidelines.
Ensures job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are
assessed against appropriate criteria (competency-based model).
Ensures the development of a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, and
builds networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Ensures maintaining a record/database of all business accounts recruitment activities,
and interviews
Generates required periodical report.
Leads the identification of the business account’s annual manpower needs, and
maintains an updated organizational structure of the account with relevant job
descriptions; monitors Headcount through additions and replacements, as well as
employee status changes (promotions, transfers ...etc).
Ensure the implementation of the account’s Internship program.
Drafts and maintains updated Job Description and ensures their well communication to
all employees.
Identify necessary moves for career development and strategic best fit in the form of
necessary transfers, promotions.
Reporting into the HR Section Head.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Conduct HR Interviews for Mass Projects with different seniority Levels.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting
plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in
other position appropriate venues.
Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
