qualified understanding of the target audience in 2024 and the opportunities for
growth, Develop a strategic roadmap for capturing market opportunities and defining
a competitive go-to-market masterplan for 2024 for expanding market share through
targeted distribution and partnership models as demanded by the target audience.

o Developing the institutional infrastructure and framework to support consumer
protection legislation in the Kingdom and to establish a leading consumer protection
practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

o Defining, promoting, and organizing services that government entities in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia must provide to all persons with disabilities within a comprehensive
framework that supports the desired goals and clarifies the chain of operations, service
delivery channels, and the roles and responsibilities of the entities concerned with
providing organized services, in accordance with international best practices.
