Details of responsibilities:
1. Act as a focal person in communicating with customers and manage escalation
of complex case to higher management in accordance with escalation
procedure.
2. Maintaining Availability of the Network & other KPIs, according to
agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) of GSM/3G Network.
3. Managing and supervising teams of proactive & reactive maintenance
according to assigned schedules and requirements on day to day bases.
4. Manage Security and fueling of Radio Access Network Cell Sites
5. Vendor Management; Ensuring vendors are meeting their contractual
KPIs & SLA; Evaluation and monitoring contract performance to
determine need for contract amendments or extensions and
compliance with contractual obligations. Invoicing, penalty discussions
and payments
6. Effective finance and resource planning to meet OPEX targets.
7. Establish high standard team management by developing proper team
schedules, duty rosters, extra work hours payouts while ensuring team
motivation and competence building.
8. Ensure team motivation and development by mentoring, training and
improving existing staff capability, provide performance evaluation, and
set clear expectations on daily activities
9. Responsible to Track CA Issues, Commercial Complains and Antenna
Diversity Cases
10. Responsible to Track In House Special Projects i.e. Lithium Cells
Installation and Configuration (Huawei/DPC/Shotto/ZTE)
• Responsible for O&M of GSM Sites in Karachi.
• Responsible for Preventive Maintenance of the Sites in Karachi.
• Responsible for 2G, 3G and 4G LTE Technology.
• Responsible for 42 Sites 24/7 managed Services for Wireless and MW in South Karachi
• To achieve & sustain the 100 % TCH & Network availability as committed in SLA.
• Complete Knowledge of Mini-link Software.
• Traffic Routing and cross Connection Both physical and logical.
• TN System release upgrade and downgrade.
• New Sites Commissioning and integration.
• External Alarm configuration.
• Installation of Power Cube ICC310 and configuring the alarms
• Resolved the fault related TT raised to BO (SLO) from FO (FLO)
• Responsible to handle and follow up all escalated problems in the form of TTs and CSRs concerning BSS and Radio.
• Perform all RAN Assurance related activities, including corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance (health checks), Site Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) etc
• Resolve CM issues timely.
• Maintain more than 600 Telco and Non Telco sites OPEX controlling.
• Troubleshoot TXN cases and alarm cases.
• Coordination for Swap/Expansion/Roll-out Sites with Customer.
• Kickoff meeting to clearly understand the requirement of Customer.
• Resource Management & Proper follow up of plan to meet project deadlines.
• Proper tracking on daily & weekly basis reports.
• NEC - TP MW Installation, Commissioning & Integration.
• PTCL DXX Node (Digital Cross Connection).
• PTCL MW Installation (NEC, RTN).
