Responsible for overall Project Management and delivery of the company’s projects in the Data Center field ranging from small to large complex projects with different types of clients and major focus on the Government clients in UAE.
- Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance and escalating promptly any issues that may impact operations.
- Producing stage plans, highlight reports, risk logs, requests for change etc. and providing strategic direction during the implementation stages.

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients covering the MENA region. In charge of identifying business opportunities, developing bid strategies, and overall tender management for large scale projects.
- Prepare and implement strategic business development, marketing, and sales plans covering the MENA region to meet targets and forecasts.
- Perform primary, statistical and analytical market researches and report to senior management on early market intelligence for continuously improving business plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with potential and current clients within the company’s business segments.
- Coordinate and participate in the company’s related events and exhibitions, and promote the company’s brand to key buyers ensuring their knowledge is current and appropriate through face to face meetings and over the phone.
- Manage tenders and RFPs to deliver compliant and professionally produced proposals within defined timeframes.
- Coordinate, generate, and review proposal content from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, engineering team, risk committee, finance, commercial, and legal.
- Work closely with other functional and discipline managers in order to better allocate resources, manage costs and timeframes for tenders.
- Managed and coordinated tenders and proposal submittals for the company with main focus on the Renewable Energy (Solar) Tenders.
- Segmented, Identified and made contacts with potential customers.
- Prepared presentations and sales proposals.
- Supervised workers in the company’s first project (the Crown Prince Court) Installation of 300 KW Solar Panels.
- Coordinated with suppliers, sub-contractors and MEP consultants toward providing the best solar system solutions to the end customer.
- Coordinated the preparation and procurement of advertising materials required for advertising and promotion of company products;
- Handled corporate customers and their requests in terms of Visas, Tickets, Packages…etc.;
- Supervised employees engaged in processing and answering customer requests for services and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution of problems;
Responsibilities:
- Created marketing plans for real estate projects of the company, in line with strategy and targets and within budget.
- Worked with a designer to design a Catalog for the main project of the company.
- Used email, ad words and other electronic marketing techniques to inform customers of up-to-date news and generate sales.
- Prepared advertising materials and generating new ideas for each new advertisement campaign for the company.
