• Part of Exchange Infrastructure design, planning and implementation team.
• Documentation - altogether with team, we build all related documentations (SRS, Security paper, pre checklist, installation guide step by step gathered while lab installation, post checklist, System Test cases, User Acceptance test, …)
• Deployed an almost replicated design in development to thoroughly tested all our scenarios (mail flow, features, updates) and deign we planned.
• Production Environment - Its exchange 2010 to 2016 migration and consolidation (minimized servers footprint) project having 60, 000 of mailboxes. Virtual deployment utilized with 2012 R2 Hyper-V and JBOD storage (with RAID). 20 Servers, 2 Datacenters, 2 DAG and 1 witness with 4 copies of each databases including Primary and 1 LAG copy. All mailboxes are DR covered. Exchange 2016 latest CU3 installed. All mailboxes are litigation hold enabled for a year to reduce operations overhead. All users are provided largest possible mailboxes size.
• Strongly followed Microsoft Product line architecture and best practices in all terminologies like, Sizing of architecture, Hosts configuration, Virtual Machines, Storage, Hyper-V, Network, AD, AV, Backup, load balancer, email gateway, etc. and other parties DNS, Ports, name space, certificates, etc.
• Dedicated DC for this new exchange deployment to keep exchange load separate and handle exchange issue effortlessly.
• Handled a key job to track and get all this things on time where things belongs to other team and or vendors.
• Infra (host/Hyper-V/VM/Storage LUN configuration, assignment...) and exchange deployment is majorly taken care by me and got help with one of my colleague.
• Mailbox migration is still in progress, will take more longer time due to company standard, policy and limitation on fast track of movement.

Responsible for Microsoft Exchange Related Services - Exchange User Administration creation, modification and deletion of Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution Lists, Public folders, Mailbox size limit and permission administration.
Installation, configuration and administration of Exchange server 2010 in production and development environments.
Administration for an expand setup of exchange server included double thousands of mailboxes in 2 DAG servers.

Mails tracking and monitoring, cares for SPAM, quarantine from Cisco iron port on policy devices.
2nd level escalation person for all type of exchange related issues after Global IT and Level 1.

Latest update on exchange domain: TATA Communication is rolling out on Office 365 exchange environment.
Office 365 including e-mail and social networking services through hosted versions of Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, SharePoint and Office Online, integration with Yammer.
There is separate project team is performing this migration along with Microsoft team.
I have ECP and admin console access with administrator level-2 permissions; I used to manage and handle all type of user queries and fulfill their raised new requests.
