Managing 03 finished goods, 02 Raw Material, 01Packaging, 01 Chemical and 01 Engineering items Warehouses with administration of 250 + staff. Administrating the distribution network of around 100+ Vehicles with 3PL and 16 FLTs with a small in house workshop.

Independently managed and responsible for the whole procurement and logistics cycle including development of the purchase strategy, development of suppliers, supplier appraisal, drafting terms & conditions, inbound, outbound logistics of WLL, LDI. LL Projects’ equipment from different part of the world.

Direct the Supply Chain functions to optimizing the Project consistency for achieving the management excellence.
Managing, Plan & implement the whole logistics of the equipment from vendor’s destination to TeleCard warehouse. Coordinate with all departments to ensure their requirements in the process of procurement and Purchases and on time delivery of equipment to sites

Oversee inventory of ingredients, packaging and commodities, managing risk of obsolescence versus supply shortage.
Oversee inventory/ deployment of SKU’s/inventory, including recommendations to Marketing about SKU rationalization and act as liaison between Marketing, Sales and Manufacturing in identifying customer needs by transportation costs, warehouse costs, etc,
Support efficient replenishment models to reduce inventory improve service process within the Business Unit, forecast accuracy, continuous improvement. Perform simulation studies to evaluate customer service and operational efficiencies, and implement projects to improve service levels.
Support new category startups with pricing as requested for P&L’s related to transportation, warehouse trend and storage costs.
