General Responsibilities included heading up the development of IT Culture, Processes, Infrastructure and Information resources. Direct Handling for all supporting applications currently used within the Hospital.
 Facilitated the creation and utilization of Hospitals’ institutional knowledge and used expertise to create competitive advantage in the market.
 Contributed to an overall framework that guides knowledge management and sharing across the organization. Promoted knowledge sharing among insurance companies dealing with the hospitals across the region which improved communications.
 Established service level agreements with vendors and put in place customer satisfaction indicators and feedback mechanisms which measured effectiveness of services delivered. Set associated performance targets which established clear benchmarks for managing and supervising staff with Department Heads.

 Switched Dos Based Systems to GUI with Zero Downtime and added 250 Computers to the network.
 Optic Fiber network layout within Hospital campus.
 Established new Server, Storage, Security and Intranet facilities for the First time within Mohammed Dossary Hospital.
 Bridged the Communication between Hospital and Insurance companies through Latest softwares.
 Implemented Microsoft Dynamics and interfaced with new HIMS (Hospital Information Management Systems)
 Transformed Laboratories and Radiology departments with innovative paperless solution through softwares.
 Successfully Trained 70 Doctors and 300 Nurses in HIMS processes.
 Successfully Coached Entire Staff in ICD-10 (International Classifications Diseases).
 Established CPR (Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation) Training Center within the Hospital.
