The project consists of all infrastructure utilities i.e. sewer, storm drainage, potable water networks, 11Kv substation, street lighting, telephone networks. The project also includes 3 buildings such as Administration Building, restaurant and Fish market building to be constructed as per Urban Planning Council Estidama Pearly rating 2.

Assigned in DH 500M Khalifa Port Industrial Zone (KPIZ) Contract 260 Infrastructure North. The project consists of Khalifa and Mina roads embankment and asphalt pavements. The project also includes service utilities such as potable water lines, combined waste water, storm drainage, ground water collection systems, process water system, telephone lines, and 11 KV Substations and cable installations. The project above was also completed on time.

May 2008 to March 2010
Assigned in DH 500 million Khalifa Port Industrial Zone (KPIZ) project in Tawellah Abu Dhabi. Assigned in bulk earthworks filling of Area A2 Contract 1001-251. The project consists of excavation; hauling, filling, moisture conditioning and testing of some 25 million cubic meters of earthwork borrow materials. The project also includes the construction of 8 km temporary asphalt haul road which is part of the temporary haul road from Fill Area to Borrow Area. Also included were additional works such as Masdar Plot earthworks filling as well as 3.5 Km asphalt road access to the plot, on shore Port filling and filling of low areas within Area A Tenants plot .
The project was completed on time in spite of scope creep due to numerous change orders.

Assigned in the DH 2.5 billion initial phase of Saadiyat Island project. The project consists of some 20 km of 5X5 expressway and adjoining roads, 8 No.
road bridges and 3 No. tunnels, service utilities such as potable water line network and pump stations, irrigation network and pump stations, drainage and sewer line networks and other utilities.

2006 - 2007
Involved initially in the construction supervision of infrastructure works of Saadiyat Island Project, Contract TW-01. The project consists of 8 km of asphalt road and causeway, 2 Nos. road bridges, Box culverts, GRP pipe tidal drainage and armored rock shore protections.
The project was completed on time and with zero loss time incident despite some two (2) months work stoppage caused by a third party as well as additional change orders.

RESIDENT ENGINEER at Archgroup Consulatants

Involved in the 395 million construction supervision of 52 hectares infrastructure works consisting of 560 Villa Complex for Dubai Silicon Oasis in Dubai Free Zone Area.

Involved in the project from design preparation, tendering, execution up to project completion. The project consists of 52 hectares of infrastructure development with complete facilities such as road networks, potable water networks, irrigation networks, telephone networks, storm drainage networks, sewerage networks, low and high voltage cable laying, 21 nos. 11kv substations, street, parks and landscaping. The project was completed on time, within required budget and safety record of three (3) million man-hours with zero loss time incidents.

ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEER at PARSONS INTERNATIONAL LTD

2002 to 2004 (Dubai)
Involved in the construction management works of 150 million dirham infrastructure project of Jumeirah Islands for Nakheel in Jebel Ali, Dubai UAE.

The project consists of 300 hectares of land area that provides a planned urban development of 1000 executive villas constructed on 52 clusters built around man-made canals and lakes. The infrastructure development consists of potable water system and associated pump stations, irrigation system including pump stations, vacuum sewerage network and vacuum stations, storm drainage, district cooling network, liquefied petroleum gas lines, telephone facilities, 48 Nos. 11 KV substations, street lighting system, 11 Nos. bridges and 30 kilometers of asphalt roads, water features. The manmade canals and lakes were built using at least 780, 0000 sq meters of HDPE liners. The sea water is being pump to the manmade island and circulated around the cluster villas using the pump stations controlled by several weirs and series of manmade waterfalls. The project was completed on time without loss time incidents.

1997-2001 (Abu Dhabi)
Involved in the construction supervision of the Trunk Sewer Construction and Rehabilitation of Abu Dhabi Municipality Sewerage Contracts (Contracts 190/4, 190/5 and 190/8).

The project consists of construction supervision of the construction and rehabilitation of main trunk sewers inside Abu Dhabi City. The works consist of sewer line cleaning using hydraulically propelled high velocity jet, sewer line condition survey using closed circuit television (CCTV) and remote controlled underwater sonar unit, construction and rehabilitation of existing manholes and pump stations, micro tunneling, and sewer line replacement using the no dig technology of relining existing sewer using extruded reinforced spiral wound uPVC liner. Other areas include supervision of civil works for the construction of irrigation flow meter chambers Contract 190/5M, Contract 514/1a and Contract 514/4. The project was completed without loss time incidents.

Worked as QA Engineer in the multinational company certification to ISO 9001 by Lloyds Register QA. Involved in the 1 billion peso construction and rehabilitation of 450KM of railroad lines, bridges and railway stations in southern Philippines.

The projects above consist of structural steel and reinforced concrete structures, 5 to 20 tons precast concrete wall cladding, space frame exposed ceiling, dry walls and other architectural finishes, electrical and mechanical facilities, landscaping irrigation, roads, water and sewerage utilities.

The Ghazlan project above was awarded first place in the safety excellence competition held among 30 different Contractors working inside the power plant. The projects above were completed without loss time incidents.
