Project: EPC for TIE - IN Work at South East Project (ASAB/SAHIL Field)
Client: ADNOC Onshore
Project Details: EPC contract and testing for all civil and mechanical works for this project involves
supply and installation of Tie-ins at different types of wells in ASAB/ SAHIL.

Key Accountability:
• Support/lead HSE Management system, HSE Audit, HSE Assurance Program, Follow up Site
activity role.
• Carry out quarterly HSE audit/ HSE Assurance Program assistance with monitoring and supervision of production and implementation of visualization projects as per ADNOC Guideline.
• Design HSE workshop series (Arabic & English) with view to increase knowledge about safety and to change perception of risks.
• Development of competency matrix and training and skill development programs for HSE critical roles.
• Coach all employees and contractors on safe working practices, HSE procedures and guidance utilizing material from workshop series, induction series, strategic leadership series and etc.

Key Accountability:
• Ensure the development and implementation of HSE Management Systems through line management, to achieve the safety goals and objectives of the Company.
• Ensure with the development and maintenance within Company HSE policies, standards and procedures, which incorporate UAE statutory requirements, OSHAD and international best practice.
