• Project resources planning and scheduling.
• Preparation of Bid proposals; assisting project management teams in planning and cost control of projects
• Coordination between design and project management teams; creating work programmes and project management tools utilizing spreadsheets and scheduling softwares
• Preparing monthly analyses and reports on expenditures, progress, commitments, budget performance and schedule performance
• Developing and maintaining database and record management system for all costs based on past performance, cost data and indices of material costs for use in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets and performance analysis

• Design Resources management for the Northern Gulf region - Qatar & Bahrain offices and reporting for the MEI region

• Handle supervision, inspection and review of the implemented works to ensure compliance with the project specification and general requirements.
