• Mumtalakat Headquarters in Energy City, Qatar
• Media City, Qatar project
• Public Works Authority Call Off Framework Contract; Project Management and Cost Control for 3 year contract to provide design services and staff secondments to PWA. Managing the tender submissions for the Call Off Services
Project Controls Support for other office projects
• Project resources planning and scheduling.
• Preparation of Bid proposals; assisting project management teams in planning and cost control of projects
• Coordination between design and project management teams; creating work programmes and project management tools utilizing spreadsheets and scheduling softwares
• Preparing monthly analyses and reports on expenditures, progress, commitments, budget performance and schedule performance
• Developing and maintaining database and record management system for all costs based on past performance, cost data and indices of material costs for use in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets and performance analysis
• Comparing actual and budgeted percentage completion to date
• Assisting in new project contracting activities, scoping and administration
• Maintaining documents and records to support invoice processing, cash flow forecasting and quality control analyses
• Performing contract administration functions including addendums, evaluations, change management mechanisms, financial reports, and closeout reports
• Planning of design projects using scheduling softwares (MS Project, P3 & P6)
• Design Resources management for the Northern Gulf region - Qatar & Bahrain offices and reporting for the MEI region
• Responsible for recognizing best construction implementation method including solutions and materials
• Handle supervision, inspection and review of the implemented works to ensure compliance with the project specification and general requirements.
• Project planning and site management of various facilities during the event
• Responsible for supervising a range of installation activities on new projects and on existing faults and maintenance projects
• Supervise subcontractors in site activities such as civil and MEP works, controlling their programmes, payments and claims
• Carry out site audit checks for quality of work completed and issue reports as necessary
• Schedule repair/maintenance of building services - electromechanical
• Responsible for general follow-up and coordination with various groups to ensure timely completion of facility construction
• Coordinate and manage the tender process and conducting technical and commercial evaluations.
• Responsible to monitor and review construction programme and prepare necessary reports
• Liaise and attend technical and commercial meetings with Clients and Contractors
• Create work programmes utilising spreadsheets and scheduling Softwares
• Responsible for the correct and efficient operations of the production line
• Formulate strategies, resolve key issues, establish procedures to enhance efficiency in all aspects of manufacturing and manpower management
• Meet set production targets with the highest quality and highest practicable efficiencies and utilisation
• Schedule repair/maintenance of machines, tools and equipment to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain an adequate inventory of back up equipment, tools and parts
• Planning and scheduling of the production process
• Responsible for designing of products to meet customer requirement
• Achieve or exceed the agreed sales targets as set out by the company
• Research, investigate and identify any potential new business opportunity in relation to existing and new product opportunity
• Liaise on a regular basis any information about Competitor activity through the management structure
• Promote the company’s products to both new and existing customers
• Deal with a range of organisations, including industry dealers, government, educational establishments and corporate end users to promote product
• Creating a weekly/ monthly report of customer sales metrics
• Help to maintain close relationship with clients and handle final negotiations of orders.
• Responsible for coordination with different departments, suppliers and clients
• Assist to enhance business development in new areas
• Prepare proposal to meet customer’s requirement like selection of machine, operation cycle time estimation and costing
• Project management of orders from manufacturing to commissioning of the machines
• Identifying, trouble-shooting and resolving problems/ issues
• Responsible for machine prove out, commissioning and after sales service
• AutoCAD Designing of CNC Machines
• Coordinate with manufacturing department for product designing
