Input orders in SAP, acknowledge and endorse back to Customer.
Acts as primary contact for assigned Accounts. This includes receipt and confirmation of customer orders which involves researching material availability, available price record confirmation, shipping method and relevant customer service reporting activities and to include order management and invoicing activities for specific clients.
Work Closely with Supply Chain to review order status, daily coordination and follow up of shipping, Buffer stock Management with operations closely liaising with Logistics team in Head Quarters.
Timely coordination with all aspects of Administration, Accounting, Sales and Technical teams in order to maintain the efficient and effective translation of Sales Orders processing.
Liaise with Account Managers and CS Manager on any escalated order related issues.
Providing high quality customer service enhanced with product knowledge and proficient with company procedures.
Responsible for updating all customer related master data including pricing management (SAP) as per the company standards.
Ensure all sales order pricing are accurate and liaise with Sales Service accordingly.
All customer related reports of non- conformity should be managed through SAP and to make sure that sure that customer complaints are handled and responded on timely basis and all related remedial actions requiring order returns and credits follow the approval authorization process.
Export/Import documentation Specialist have an in-depth understanding of the entire shipment process
Arranging Pre shipment inspection(SGS) according to the rules and regulation of the country.
