Riyadh Metro/Rail LRT Project -PAC
• Ontario Line (LRT), Hurontario and Eglinton Ave. 450 semi-attached and attached housing units, and other midrise and low-rise buildings construction.
- Delivering construction projects throughout the full process lifecycle from initiation to post-construction within technical and commercial constraints, scope, contract obligations, budgets, and programs, etc.
- Providing expert consultation services for PfMOs, PPMOs, PgMOs, PMOs, steering committees, Engineering Consultants, PMCs, CMs, and GCs.

- Managed the tendering/bidding procurement process including pre-qualified bidders, issued IFB/RFQ/RFPs and addenda, performed bids analysis and evaluation, engaged in the negotiations for pre-award and scope review meetings, issued LOR, final award process and NTP.
- Construction and delivery planning processes. Meetings management.
- Explored and proposed cost-effective VE and cost-saving solutions that led to expedited construction schedules, enhanced quality, overall cost reductions, and optimized the performance of projects.

Construction of a concrete and steel structure (B+G+4) building with connecting bridges, and structural, architectural and MEP modifications for two existing buildings.
- Engaged Contractors and Subcontractors. Oversee site activities and performance by GC’s and sub-trades on a daily basis.
- Managed the construction documents submission process. Tracked, monitored, and expedited submittals to ensure that they are reviewed and returned within the specified times.
▪ Monitored and controlled HSE and Hazmat. Reported non-compliance/non-conformance and ensured appropriate corrective actions are taken.
▪ Monitored site staging and cleanliness, and ensured a well-organized and safe execution of deliverables on job sites.

- Managed and led the closeout process of Dubai Hills Golf Club, including turning over plans and processes, red-line and as-built drawings, RD, warranties, operation and maintenance manuals (O&M), spare parts and attic stock management, systems verification process - testing and commissioning (T&C), systems demonstration, operators and facility management training, startup of systems, testing, adjusting and balancing of systems, resolve deficiencies and defects, punch-list/snagging and de-snagging process, outstanding/incomplete lists, final inspections, final payment and holdback retention record/release.
• BVLGARI Resort and Residences | Jumeriah Bay Island, Dubai
Construction of 158, 000 square-meter ultra-luxury resort property including six residential buildings (2B+G+8+PH+R), 20 luxury (G+1) beach villas, 20 beach cabanas, 15 private luxury (G+1) mansions, three (3) luxury Bvlgari hotels (B+G+3+R) buildings, (G+2) yacht and beach clubs, seven (7) electrical substations, centralized plant, three (3) engineering maintenance buildings, security buildings and gates, spas, retails, luxury stores and coffeeshops, roads, infrastructure, marine and 50 boat houses.

Refurbishment and renovations to replace all finishing systems, FF&E, appliances, and artwork.
• Commissioning the construction of three (3) luxury (G+1) villas, and

▪ Contract and construction administration. Created, reviewed and validated construction submittals including RFIs, RFCs, shop drawings, materials and products data, suppliers and subcontractors’ pre-qualification, method of statements (MOS), inspection test plan (ITP), non-conformance reports (NCR), site instructions (SI), instructions, change orders, change directives, meeting minutes, site observation reports, and QA/QC programs and records, DSR, etc.

▪ Performed regular inspections including site walks, joint walks and inspections, work completion, quality, safety, and mock-up inspections. Validated compliance with the codes and conformance to contract.
• Rosa, Rasha, and Yasmin Communities (382 luxury Villas) | Arabian Ranches (2), Al-Barsha, Dubai
The scope included the construction and delivery of 390 luxury villas with arabesque and Spanish-style villas. 208 acres of lakefront community development including single-family detached (G+1) luxury villas with three to five bedrooms. The overall development included shopping mall, daycare, school, retail stores, swimming pools, golf and tennis courts, parks and kids play areas, urban development, roads, infrastructure, etc.
• Masa Project | Arjan, Dubai
Construction of an overall five (5) mid-rise and low-rise buildings; a (B+G+4+R), two (2) buildings (2B+G+6+R), and two buildings (3B+G+12+PH+R).
• Construction of three (3) labour camps | Jabal Ali Industrial Area, Dubai.
• Villa refurbishment and renovation | Dubai Sports City, Dubai.

Design, construction, and delivery of two gas stations. The delivery of each gas station involved the construction of underground fuel tanks, underground separation walls, grease/water/sand separation systems, steel structure canopies, petrol pumps, a building (G+2) with retail areas, lube bays, car washing areas and more.

Cconstruction and delivery of a five-star resort with luxurious suites, restaurants, entertainment facilities, tennis courts, water games, and 42, 000 square metres lagoon (100, 000 m3 of water).

Fast-tracked project. The project scope includes the installation of 4km of GRE Brine pipe (32 in dia.), and all concrete foundations and supports.
• Harvester No. 11 | May 2011 - Sep 2011
Fast-tracked project. Construction and delivery of fabricated steel structure vessel to float in the Dead-Sea dams for the collection process of salt and other minerals. Vessel is connected to a floating pipe (2 km length) to transfer materials to separation stations. Steel vessel includes MEP works, fabrication and equipment, erection and instrumentation work.
