-Creating the customer data base
-Create a list of all Merchants/accounts in the reapective reigon to capture all the opprtunities and highlight potential merchants to achieve the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual target.
-Drawing up the sales plan annually
-Maintain a close rapport with professional people, the press, media, employee, clients, and companies whos potential existing.
-ensure that all complaints reviewed, investigated, and follow-up action is initiated.
-insure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs on a timely manner
-initiate and lead marketing activities on social media for live merchants
-Retain existing customers.
• Responsible for capturing all trade spending's in Consumer Relationship Marketing for respective region/division.
• Responsible for highlighting any issues related to activities/accruals to Sales Support Head Office in KSA.
• Follow-up with sales teams and ensures that credit notes are submitted on time with supporting documents and inform Regional Sales Manager on any delays or issues.
• Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings and participate in Sales team key meetings.
• Tabulates the monthly objectives for the sales force and compare with achievements.
• Monitor the sales versus the promotion allocation quantities during consumer promotions by salesman and update Channel Managers/Regional Sales Managers accordingly.
• Responsible for daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis to enable management to monitor day-to-day sales operations, in assigned region/division.
• Responsible for preparing sales analysis by customer/channel/category/salesman on monthly basis, to enable management to review and take necessary actions.
• Prepare at the end of each month the turnover evolution for the important customer (wholesalers and supermarket).
• Coordination with Sales force and Nestle Business Services for the creation of new customers on SAP.
• Management of the finance function.
• Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes.
• Support in timely Month closing, forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate the year end audit with external auditors
• Improve balance sheet quality; (Ensure Trial Balance review and rectify any anomalies - accruals, pre payments; any other accounting anomalies in coordination with various functional heads in the department).
• Manage and clear the Company's Payables on SAP APO.
• Assets Management.
• Preparation of monthly cash flow in coordination with productive departments.
• Preparation and analyzing of internal monthly book to CEO and CFO (detailed Income statement, productivity reports, receivable analyzing, over head reports & operation report).
• Monthly contra account compliance check - WIP / Excess Cost / Excess billings / Provisions.
• Preparation of board book and management presentations.
