• Directly implement economic empowerment activities for vulnerable women living in Azraq camp
• Identify income-generating opportunities for the target population in V2
• Organize and manage workshops, group discussions, and other participatory approaches in DRC’s Center in V2
• In close collaboration with the protection team, ensure that all livelihood activities are mainstreamed in mid- to long-term protection programming
• Refer beneficiaries to the protection unit as necessary
• Work with the livelihood team leader to design new livelihood activities and conduct outreach and registration for upcoming activities
• Provide different types of financial training to targeted beneficiaries, including financial literacy, training on saving, and basic money management.
• Plan and coordinate required volunteers for all livelihood activities in V2
• Plan the procurement for all livelihood activities in V2 with support from the livelihood team leader
• Utilize the database of beneficiaries for livelihood programs in V2
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Livelihood Team Leader and Project Manager.
• Tracks and maintains progress in line with the established project timeline.
• Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports.
• Facilitate meetings and awareness sessions with beneficiaries in the targeted areas regarding the C4W project.
• Register beneficiaries interested in the project through the registration tools and assess them for recruitment purposes.
• Participate in recruitment, training and orientation of Cash for Workers in the C4W project in coordination with the line manager and the site leaders.
• Map and identify CBOs and stakeholders in the targeted areas to cooperate with in the implementation C4W project.
• Coordinate with local authorities and relevant stakeholders for the issuance of any documents needed for the Cash for Workers.
• Ensure all the selected Cash for Worker participating in the project have all the required documents for signing the contracts.
• Support other project teams on site when needed.
•- Providing the refugees with non-food assistance, Organize distributions according to the plans.
- Providing the team leader with monthly and daily reports of the distributed items.
- Special cases referrals and monthly reports for UNHCR:
Prepares, processes and stores hard copy files.
Maintains admin related soft copy records and simple data tools.
Ensures CHDC t of office supplies.
Manages office storage spaces.
Coordinates on office related issues staff of other programmers.
