ARG is one of the biggest fashion retailers in Egypt with 40 stores across the country representing 5 different brands
• Manages & develops HR department with all its functions to ensure effective delivery of all HR services
• Set, implement and monitors annual HR Budget in co-operation with all concerned stakeholders.
• Established management training program and High potential program to guarantee the continuous flow of Talent from within.
• Established ARG succession planning program.
• Identify learning trends by conducting an organization-wide learning needs analysis.
• Set annual training scheduling based on learning requirements.
• Implementing a recruitment system that ensure attracting best calibers in a timeline to fill all vacancies by using internal or external very cost effective sources.
• Created and implemented all HR policies and procedures that are aligned with and supporting business strategic objectives. I.e. attendance, recruitment, promotions, annual increase, monthly incentive, employee of the month, rehire …..Etc.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
• Renewing medical insurance service.
• Turnover trend analysis and set action plan to minimize it.
• Resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
• Managing HR administrations (Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Payroll inputs, onboarding, terminations, HRIS entries)
• Conducted salary survey and recommends new competitive pay scale as per set budget for both Arafa & classic staff.
• Selected, and implemented our HR System.
