• Led end-to-end recruitment across 20+ roles spanning administration, operations, finance, warehouse, sales,
medical promotion, retail, and pharmacy
• Restructured departments and reporting lines to align the organization with operational reality and business

• Authored all SOPs in full alignment with GSDP and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, embedding accountability
into operational processes
• Integrated Quality Assurance into people operations, ensuring standards were reflected in how teams were
structured, trained, and evaluated

scope of the HR function
