Reconciliation: conducting regular reconciliations to address discrepancies related to
invoices, deductions, returns, and payments, And communicating with customers to
resolve differences Registrations in the system: Verification and registration in the system for all discounts,
returns and payments. Reporting: Providing regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging reports Collections: follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans. Escalate
collection efforts as needed, coordinating with collection agencies if necessary. ensure proper handling and recording of returned goods. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and
legal requirements related to accounts receivable processes.
Supplier Statement Reconciliation: Match supplier statements with internal records to
identify discrepancies and resolve any outstanding issues and Communicate with
suppliers to address discrepancies. Monthly Dues Calculation and Payment Requests: Calculate monthly dues owed to
suppliers based on contractual agreements and purchase orders. Prepare payment
requests for approval and processing, ensuring timely settlement of obligations. Cash Advances and Expense Review: Review cash advances issued for company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with expense policies. Enter cash advance expenses into the system and reconcile them with supporting receipts and invoices. Reporting: Generate reports on payment activity, aging reports, tracking outstanding
claims and following up with the General Administration for Contracts and Purchases as needed. Discounts, Payments, and Expense Entry: Enter supplier discounts, payments, and
expenses into the accounting system, updating records in real-time. Expense Uploads and Cost Allocation: Upload expenses into accounting software and
allocate them to appropriate accounts and cost centers based on budgetary
requirements.
