Managing two veterinary clinics and an animal shelter
I am responsible for the day to day running of the company, client care, marketing and promoting of the clinic, installing new and creating new protocols, all financial matters, recruitment, official ministry paperwork and licensing, pet relocation, stock and inventory management, invoicing and supplies for the company, ordering material s and supplies.
As well as these tasks I am also responsible for all HR issues and staff management
In addition to this, I am also oversee and manage our animal rehoming shelter with over 170 dogs and 100 cats.

I was involved in all aspects of veterinary nursing. My main responsibilities were to ensure the running of the hospital.
I was responsible for my team and making sure that we was running to standards set by the governing body.
I was also involved in stock management, financial records, conference calls, introducing new medications to the clinic and recruitment
I started as a head veterinary nurse with this multisite company, where I was mainly in charge of two veterinary clinics, as I progressed and ensured the smooth and correct policies throughout the clinics I was promoted to area manager of Essex.
My job role changed slightly and I became involved in all types of practice management from finical meeting s and budget meetings to team management, advertising and marketing promotions.
