• Lead the process of acquiring ISO9001:2008 and CMMI-L3 credentials.
• Coordinate with the software process improvement team during the development, reviewing and implementing the new quality management system.
• Manage Assessor interviews for both credentials acquisition.
• Insure DUC processes and procedures, project processes and project work products compliance to CMMI-Dev L3 and ISO 9001:2008 Frameworks.
• Review quality records, project reports, and other documents related to the audit and quality assurance initiatives.
• Plan and manage the internal audit program for all projects
Project Manger

• Lead the delivery, through the full project cycle from collection of requirements to client sign-off in the government and Oil & gas sectors.
• Manage all aspects of the projects from planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closure processes.
• Ensure delivery of the agreed upon solution scope, on schedule, within budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate reporting and information regarding the ongoing projects, risks and updates
•worki-ng in model-based proce-ss impro-vemen-t using total quali-ty manag-ement-, the Inter-natio-nal Organ-izati-on for Stand-ardiz-ation (ISO) 9001:-2008 stand-ards, and the Softw-are Engin-eerin-g Insti-tute&-#039;-s (SEI) Capab-ility Matur-ity Model Integ-ratio-n (CMMI-®)
