WPS Operations

• Maintaining Daily WPS report.
• Monthly Matrix of WPS for MD which specifies number of incoming customers with number of employees with earned profit.
• Daily DIF Report, which specifies the Daily DIF generated and the remaining DIF which is to be matched with CBUAE.

Role in Recruitment
• Responsible for finding suitable candidates to fill the vacant position
with in the company.
• Giving Ads on websites to find suitable candidates and through
personal references.
• Screening and scheduling interviews.
• Conducting first round of interviews

Payroll
• Fetching attendance and making salaries of employees accordingly through SYMEX.
• Preparing Salary Sheet and forwarding it to Accounts Department and to MD.
• Final approval.
• Processing salaries of company through WPS.
