WPS Operations
• Register Companies for WPS.
• Register Employees with EIF (Employee Information File)
• Process SIF (Salary Information File)
• Handle DIF process
• Maintain records of daily SIF, PAF and DIF.
• Train new staff to handle WPS procedure when required


Documentation
• Collecting Documents required registering or opening WPS account.
• Filing documents in respective customer’s file.

Reconciliation
• Daily DIF reconciliation, keeping record and assuring that the outstanding record matches with CBUAE record.
• Daily account transfer records (Salary transferred in employee account).
• Daily WPS Account Reconciliation (Day end reconciliation)
• Daily and Monthly charges reconciliation deducted by CBUAE against each SIF processed.
• Assuring all the accounts i.e. Employer Account, UAE central bank Account, funding Account and transaction Accounts are balanced.

Maintain Reports
• Maintaining Daily WPS report.
• Monthly Matrix of WPS for MD which specifies number of incoming customers with number of employees with earned profit.
• Daily DIF Report, which specifies the Daily DIF generated and the remaining DIF which is to be matched with CBUAE.

Role in Recruitment
• Responsible for finding suitable candidates to fill the vacant position
with in the company.
• Giving Ads on websites to find suitable candidates and through
personal references.
• Screening and scheduling interviews.
• Conducting first round of interviews

Payroll
• Fetching attendance and making salaries of employees accordingly through SYMEX.
• Preparing Salary Sheet and forwarding it to Accounts Department and to MD.
• Final approval.
• Processing salaries of company through WPS.

Employee Relation is a main part of my job description.
Keeping all the records of employee including documents and other data of employee updated.
Recruitment is also a part of my job.
Responsible to shortlist candidates for a position according to job description defined by concerned department.
Responsible to arrange the interviews and call the shortlisted candidates for the interviews.
Interviewing candidates.
Then referring shortlisted candidates to the concerned department with remarks.
Checking attendance and to send the attendance to the Accounts department at the of month to process salaries accordingly.
As we have only two persons in HR department that includes me and my manager, I do all the activities of HR.
