• Handle the recruitment process starting from Man power plan, posting vacancies, screening, selecting and interviewing till short listing & job offering.
• Maintaining a candidates resumes’ pool with performing periodic interviews to prepare potential candidates of required candidates through the year and according to yearly man power plan.
• Assist General Manager in strategic planning, Organization Development, & salary structure.
• Responsible for employees files and renewing contracts
• Preparing & updating staff’s job descriptions & company’s organization charts.
• Preparing employees objectives’ and handle appraisals’ openings, quarterly reviews & end of year closing.
• Preparing Training needs analysis according to last year appraisal and the company’s training plan for training & development programs.
• Communicating with service providers for courses preparations and organizing company’s trainings and seminars till finalizing training evaluation.
• Preparing the HR letters and the Experiences certificates
